A third generational wine producing family located in the Friuli-Venezia region of Italy in Gorizia province, Collio wine producing territory- once part of Solvenia.
The soil is particularly intersting in that what are now mountains were pre historic sea beds from the Adriatic.
The rock strata, now heaved into the hill formations are a perfect medium for wine prodctuon. The Roman noticed this during their reign and the Collio was one of their most prized wine regions.
Collio is sheltered from the hard climate changes by re-Alpine moutian ranges on one side and blessed with the temerpate climate conditions from the Adriatic Sea on the other.

Rosso Collio
Intense ruby red in color with purple hues. It offers a vinous and grassy nose sustained by forest floor floral hints.
The palate reveals the wine to be full, decisive, structured with a long finish.
Sauvignon
A delicate aromatic perfume, not boring that brings to mind yellow peppers, melons, bananas. A dry nervous tasta, but at the same time elegant, caressing and velvery.
